PingFederate Integration Kit for Citrix Presentation Server Extends Federated
Identity Management to Any Application Virtualized through Citrix

DENVER, CO – May 2, 2007-- Ping Identity® Corporation today announced
that the PingFederate® Integration Kit for Citrix Presentation Server™
Platinum Edition is now available for download from its Web site,
www.pingidentity.com. As was previously announced at Citrix iForum™
Global 06 in Orlando, Fla., the new PingFederate integration kit brings the
most complete federation functionality available in the marketplace to users
of Citrix’s Presentation Server and application delivery infrastructure
solutions.

Until now, single sign-on (SSO) via an Identity Federation has been limited to
Web applications. This Integration Kit extends the reach of SAML and WSFederation
SSO beyond Web applications to also include any client/server
applications that have been virtualized using Citrix Presentation Server. The
PingFederate Integration Kit for Citrix Presentation Server enables external
users to access Citrix Presentation Server environments with SSO access.
Managing user credentials for external users becomes a thing of the past.

The PingFederate Integration Kit for Citrix Presentation Server requires no
direct integration with Citrix Presentation Server. It is a lightweight solution
that requires only the Citrix Web Interface. The integration kit uses
constrained delegation to authenticate against Microsoft Active Directory and
generates Integrated Windows Authentication credentials to access Citrix
Presentation server. Customers have expressed appreciation for this
approach for enabling external SSO into Citrix Presentation Server because it
enables them to deploy a Citrix Web Interface site for external SSO with no
additional modifications to their existing Citrix implementations.
