Brian Campbell to Co-Chair SAML TC

Ping Identity's Brian Campbell has been nominated to co-chair the OASIS SAML standards committee. This is nice recognition of Brian's contributions to the group. Hopefully, with Brian's background in SAML and WS-Federation both, the nomination of WS-Federation to OASIS, and the work Brian's planning to do to better understand intersections with OpenID, we'll be in a good position to help promote harmony among these protocols.
